Count me in as a Xerox hater. Good to hear that their service sucks around the country. We get great service from our KMinolta guys, the office people are nice who answer the phone. Our 6500 does hold color quite well, but as was said earlier, different models = different problems. The Fiery software for the KM is also better than Xerox since Xerox has their own front end, why would they want to work out the kinks in the Fiery. Bastards. The owner/boss said he'll never buy another Xerox again. The copier business is such a shady-dirty business.  :angry:
