Disable Hover Scroll

I haven't run into this...yet. But even though I hate to say it, but maybe it's a reason to keep all those palettes closed, unless absolutely needed. I usually keep mine minimized, until needed and maybe that is why I haven't run into this. Or the ones that I keep open are on my second screen. Still really sucks for the users with only one screen. Thanks for the added features Adobe.

There are very few palettes I keep open bc of the control bar which is where it happens.
