Apogee - Unwanted Job Tickets won't stay deleted

There are a few Job Ticket Templates that were installed with Apogee, and I have no use for them so I delete them. They stay gone until I  shut down the main Apogee software on the Apogee box. When I fire it back up, they are there again! I have tried logging in under Service mode and they still keep coming back.

Anyone know if these can be deleted permanently? They're not hurting anything, but just cluttering things up.
