Get used to it. It only gets worse once it starts happening. Right now every time I open Acrobat it is gone.

I can assure you, I see no such trouble without PitStop.
"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"

You could install the trial and experience it for 30 days.

Maybe.

I don't want to feel left out.

We have not decided if it is worth upgrading to Acrobat DC from Acrobat XI.
I take it that Acrobat DC is nothing more than Acrobat XI with a few "cloud" features?

It was pretty buggy at the start. I hated it. Adobe have most of the wrinkles ironed out by now except for the bugs they are calling features. Now that I am used to it I wouldn't want to go back to XI. And it is nothing like Acrobat XI. Completely different. Plus it is 64-bit on the Mac and got a pretty decent speed bump because of it.
