Hi...

There is 01.pdf. When I select and copy the logo (selection.jpg) and I paste it into 02.pdf, then the logo disappears. In the frame view you can see it. It looks it is bug in PS12 couse in the PS11 it works fine. Is it a bug?

David

Make sure you select all of the object, including the mask.
I was able to copy and paste the logo into the 02 pdf with no trouble.

I have the same issue in both Acrobat X and XI with Pitstop 12 Update 3 Beta 2. On the 01.pdf I am getting a "At least one signature has problems" notification. I wonder if that has something to do with it.

Weird but I got it to work my unselecting the clipping mask (purple outlined box) around the logo and then copying and pasting. See attached images.

Of course than it brings over the text that was cropped out of the logo by the clipping mask. Weird.

Hi Elko

Could you send me the file via PM or email to andrewb@enfocus.com

I want our QA to take a look at the issue and give me feedback.

Keep it secret, keep it safe.

I'm sure everyone here is aware to keep customer files private.

It does the same for me...I only see the frame unless I copy and past one letter at a time. Then I can see the actual logo.

I can also double click the B plus SHIFT+DOUBLE CLICK the O plus  SHIFT+DOUBLE CLICK the S and SHIFT+DOUBLE CLICK the E and SHIFT+DOUBLE CLICK the ® so the whole logo is selected the SHIFT + CLICK the text under it and then right click and select Group. Then copy and paste that and it works also.
