John Nack mentions Adobe's new configurator for customizing panels in his blog. Looks.... freakin'.....awesome. Could make all of our lives a lot easier, especially if they make it for the whole suite. There are a couple screenshots and a video demo. Check it out...

Only issue I have with it is, the bar takes away screen space. I like the way they "Fixed" the pallets too.

I think this is separate from the bar and, for now, only going to be available for PS. I like how you can put any tool, script, action, or menu item into one panel. You could almost get away with just having the one panel and no tool bar if you're like me. The majority of work I do in PS is quick and dirty color correction. I'd throw a few tools, levels, curves, unsharp mask, blur, etc. into the one panel and just have that and the histogram.  Anything more and you go to that new bar for a different workspace. They have Configurator up on Adobe Labs. Might check it out when I get time...
