Our company recently purchased an HP DesignJet T930 to use for double-sided proofing, the printer is fast, has good colour, but we've run into a snag with our "double-siding". The curl of the paper which is very hard to get uncurled ends up getting hit by the print head on it's way back through on the 3rd or 4th pass. There is no suction on this machine (a feature I had not thought of). We have managed some success by passing through "blank art" at the size we need and having the machine basically make sheets for us that we then leave out for quite a period of time to flatten. Then it works fine. That being said, it's time-consuming, anyone on here has this type of machine and possibly better success at double-siding with it?
