RAMpage 9.4 Troube Ripping PDF

Hey Mary here..
Maybe one of yall can help me with this. We are using RAMpage 9.4 and are having issues ripping PDFs. We tried saving the PDF down to an earlier version but when we send it to rip we get the "Unable to Convert" message. This is happening with 4 different PDFs we've received. Anyone know how to go about resolving this?

Try saving the files as eps's instead of PDF. 9.4 had limited PDF support if I remember correctly.
