I tried that too and it seem to place the crops on the larger size (8.5x5.5) no matter which way I do it. This is so crazy. It's something that will be so easy in Preps 5.

I tried that already and got the same results.

Here is a screenshot of what I'm running into. The crops for the four 3.5x2" bcs are missing, but if you move the 8.5x5.5 page, they show up. You use to be able to do this in Preps 5.

Hi all. Its been a while. I have been upgraded to preps 7 and it seems to have lost some things that preps 5 could do. Maybe I just can't figure it out, but in preps 5 I could say have an impo of 4 business cards with the cropmarks around them, then place an independent page that is 5.5x8.5 over the top of the business cards so the final would have the marks for the the BCs and marks to trim out the 4 up sheets. We do this for masters. I can not figure out how to do this in preps 7. When you place the independent page, it deletes the marks around the BCs. Please help me .

Tried live trace and it was kinda crappy. I told my boss that each one will be an hour. That way if I have to do it all by hand we wont lose money. Some are allot less work.

I just got a request to turn 150 scans of diagrams to vector art and have the type be live (editable). Does anybody have an easy way to do this? Here is a sample image.

Hey guys thanks for the help. It seems to be the stock. We were running GPA 8mil and always have issues. we switched to Coast to Coast 8 mil and everything is better.

We are having an issue after about 150 sheets the ink doesn't fix to the substrate properly. We are running 8mil GPA clear window cling. Anyone else having this problem? GPA makes you feel like you are the only one, but doesn't offer any help.

Does anybody here have one? If so do you have an issue with the cleaning station motor only when you get ready with a cold start?

We don't let our CSRs have that much power. We have the archive setup like born, with a few tweeks. I tried doing the same thing you are joe, but had the same issues.
