Title: NITA Plate Turner to straight-thru

Can anyone help with instructions on how to make our plate turner go straight thru instead?
It currently does a 90 spin, then conveys the plate straight into the processor. We no longer need it to spin the plate, and would prefer that it goes straight out of the CTP and into the processor without turning.
The company is no help, so we are hoping you might have a suggestion on how to change this.

We had this turner too. We did not have our plates going straight through, but did find in the manual how to do it. You will need to order a second exit sensor and have it installed. And you should be good at that point. See attached screenshot of the page in the manual.
