vanishing point measure tool missing

Not dealing very much with ps lately,i tried to measure something with vanishing point.

But the ruler/measure tool is missing.

Google it,didn't find similar cases.

Here's my toolbox

All these with ps CS6 64bit -not extended-,in a win7 ultimate machine with lots of memory.

Have they removed the measuring  option from the filter,or am i doing something wrong?

Just for future reference,if anyone 's interested the measure feature must moved to the extended version.

it's not only in the extended version,there's something wrong with mine standard version.

Ruler tool is under the eyedropper, I think you got it, but wasn't sure.

Yes you are absolutely right that Ruler tool can be found inside the eye dropper option.
