All of a sudden - all of our MACs - InDesign are acting incorrectly.
 - They do NOT report missing or modified links when opening a file.
 - They do NOT report missing fonts when opening a file.
(It reports both during export - luckily)
 - It is not handling profiles on photographs when importing - it is NOT honoring profiles.
Then ... once imported the links panel reports the link as having
"Document RGB" or "Document CMYK" - rather than reporting the photos "actual" profile.

Is this a worldwide occurrence?

Not seeing anything like that with Indy CS6. Are you by chance on Indy CC? Might be time to trash the preferences though it seems odd the prefs would become corrupted on all of your Macs at the same time.

Nope - it is the same old version of 6 that has been running for ages. All of a sudden it freaked out on all machines?

Did it suddenly start after you installed the CC apps? <smell-an-Adobe-conspiracy-here>

Yes - It started after the CC install on my machine.
But it is also happening on another MAC on the network that has not upgraded to CC.

MSD

Joe

So you install it on one computer and it infects the whole network. Kudos Adobe.

I think it is angry that you call it a MAC instead of Mac.
