I'm seeing that ALL files coming out of our Mail Dept (using PrintShop Mail) are missing Trim & Bleed boxes. Digital presses kinda need those, so I've been adding them to the 1st page then "Apply these Page Boxes to All Pages" but with thousands of pages, that kinda sucks.

Is there a faster way? Can I at least make an Action to 1-click it? Stupid garbage mail software.

Yes you can create an action to do this in one click. I have an existing action if you want it. Is the document at bleed size with just a media box?

Yeah, I just made a quick Action that seems to work. I suppose unless I can figure out why PrintShop Mail blows goats, I'm stuck with this process for now.

I'll go ahead and post mine here if anyone might find it useful. This changes or adds a bleed and crop box to the same as the media box and adds a trim box .125" inside the media box.
