(Mid 2009) Macbook Pro - hard drives keep failing

LOLOLOL...

The original SSD I had in it is still good. I'm taking the new one back to Frys. The fix was a $14 ribbon AND making sure I plug the battery ribbon back into the logic board when finished.  :facepalm:

My macbook is alive, ALIVE!  :drunk3:


Edit: for now anyway... we'll see how long this ribbon lasts. I changed a ribbon about a year ago.
