Can anyone convert a Corel file for me?

just got a CDR file sent to me from customer and i need it converted to a AI file so we can modify it. can anyone help me out on this? or does anyone know of a way to convert a CDR file without actually owning Corel?

I knew DCS would be all over that. I'm pretty sure he has Corel box covers taped to his bedroom ceiling.  :kiss:
