Thanks t, I would be interested in anything you post
created my first design layout preset today.
I have been checking out the manual on Actions too, I seem to shy away from
actions and just do Global changes.
I do believe there is an issue with my Edit actions, not sure tho
I will post a screen shot tomorrow
Thanks Gangsters!

Some of these are proprietary to some work I do regularly, feel free to delete or edit as you need.
You can import these as a group through your design layout panel.
I would recommend going and looking at each one and pondering it's meaning before just using.

I think David may have Pitstop 10 by now. Maybe even Pitstop 11 as that post was almost two years old.

I keep procrastinating on XI. AFAIK the local agent hasn't answered my emails. Not sure what we're up for to upgrade yet.   :undecided:

That was super helpful!
good to see what someone else does.
I am posting a screen shot of the Actions Editor
am I missing elements where I circled?

Tracy

Not sure but wondering if I am missing items for "selections"

Joe

Yes, the only function added there is to select all. When you double click items on the left they move over to the area circled.

Thinking about doing a series of webinars about Action Lists, short 30 minutes sessions that start with the basics and then go through them, kind of an action list 101, almost an interactive training course

what do you think, good idea?

"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"
