I received file from client in its info
Encoding software :  Normalizer XMPie

My guess would be it is a PDF created by XMPIE software.

Not sure what you mean. It is a PDF. What else do you need to know? Are you having problems with a PDF generated by XMPIE?

 i need to know if XMPie used to serial tickets or to rearrange  data in specific way ?
and how can i work with XMPie ?
