Hey I can't see some pdfs in folders and on desktop
I can see them when doing a save as etc... I can see them in the folder
I should be getting a new computer soon, but until then I have to deal with this computer

Try: System prefs / Displays / Arrangement and switch the arrangement, then switch back and see if missing desktop items show up?

Must be a lot of people that were on the ground floor that are still buried under tons of rubble. Or it is a government plot to keep a man down.
Yes, the collapse was a lot bigger than people realize. I also heard there was a fire that slowed-down S&R efforts for a while.
Not to mention all the water underneath it. Hope they were able to cut power. Electricity and water are a dangerous duo.
