Yikes.... my pitstop pro 2021 trial has expired and I am stranded here because I am unable to revert to version 13.

I had gone on the trial because of the recent display problems but forgot and am trying to use the old version we had before but am not able to figure it out. I want to do the "do not update Acrobat" workaround for the time being.

I have googled this to death! HELP!

QuoteUninstalling PitStop Pro on Mac:

First, deactivate your license. You can do this via the PitStop Pro About Panel.
(You can ignore this if you are using a trial.)

Remove the following folder:
If you are using PitStop Pro 13 or lower:
/Applications/Adobe/Adobe Acrobat <version> Pro/Adobe Acrobat Pro.app/Contents/Plug-ins/Enfocus
(You can open Adobe Acrobat Pro.app by right-clicking and choosing "Show Package Contents".)
If you are using PitStop Pro 13, update 1 or higher:
/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Acrobat/<version>/Plug-ins/Enfocus

If you only want to remove PitStop Pro, then the above steps are sufficient.

If you want to install an older version of PitStop Pro, please also follow the next steps:

Open menu Go in Finder and choose the option "Go to Folder..."

Type in the following path:
/var/db/receipts/
and press the Go button.

Search for files named like this and remove them (if available):
com.enfocus.PitStopPro.bom
com.enfocus.PitStopPro.plist

Open the following folder in Finder:
/Library/Application Support/Enfocus/Applications/Installed/

Search for a file named like this and remove it (if available):
PitStopPro<version nr>.man

Empty the trash bin.

That was quick!

Okay Joe, you saved my butt again here stranded on a Saturday no less.

If you find yourself short of cash after you retire you can always set up a "go fund me" page on the web.... I am sure you'd get some good support from the members here. For example, if you need a wheelchair or something. They are expensive! :old:
