Who's in charge, anyway?  Adobe!  Oh...OK....   :lipsrsealed:   Personally, I'll stick to lyndadotcom and just try and keep up, which is almost impossible anyway. And Enfocus Flash tuttes etc...  I'm over tests  (oops...just typed testes...am over them too).   :embarrassed:

Certifications simply indicate a level of knowledge with a particular product or in a particular field. They say nothing about being able to competently use the product. Like an MCSE, I know a number of people who have passed the test to get their MCSE but are complete knuckleheads when it comes to putting together a well functioning network.

There have been lots of threads here and other places about knowing what to do and being able to do it. Two different things.
