Help I have an InDesign CS5 saved back to CS4, can anyone help?

Help with what? Do you need it back saved to version 4, or do you have a version 5 that someone back saved to 4, and it's got issues?

A week ago I was promised a copy of Windows 7 and CS5 to run tests on our P4. I'm still waiting...

Trish, if you're out there....   :undecided:... beware type re-flows in supplied IDML files opened in CS4. No less dangerous than Q2ID at this stage, at least.
