It supports Vista now, works with multi core cpus, easier hot folder management, support for HKS and Pantone Goe spot color sets, comes with drivers for Epson 880 series printers and Hp Z series and more.

It's a chargeable upgrade from previous versions unless you bought 4.1.24 after August 1, 2007.
