I'm trying to nail down some good trap settings for Prinergy in my shop (high quality sheetfed printing). I've noticed since moving to Prinergy that it doesn't always apply traps where I think it probably should, and my eyes are glazing over reading about the settings and what they do.

So, if anyone is willing to post some screenshots of their settings, I would appreciate it and can then compare to my own and do some experimenting.

Thanks, monkeys!

Here's some basic (non metallic inks, no color scaling, etc...) settings:
My lips are moving and the sound's coming out
The words are audible but I have my doubts
That you realize what has been said

We print folding cartons, .012" thru .036" stock.

Usually .005", sometimes down to .004" with metallics.

Nevertheless....beck has hit the proverbial nail on the head.

Here's one of our EVO setups, in the Process Template to Convert RGB & Spots.
A little diddie 'bout black 'n cyan...two reflective colors doin' the best they can.

Thanks -- they don't look too different from my settings in the areas that matter, but I'll keep experimenting.
