Any free apps to make a capture of your screen as you perform a task to use as a training type video?

You can try JING - free version saves as SWF file. "PRO" version saves other formats for $14 year.

If you're running 10.6.x on a Mac, the latest Quicktime Player does basic recording. Nothing fancy, but I tried it once or twice, not too shabby.
A little diddie 'bout black 'n cyan...two reflective colors doin' the best they can.

A nifty tool here, if you really get into presentations & tutorials. Mouseposé highlights the pointer, shows keystrokes as they're typed and a few other tricks.
