Just got a bill from Agfa. Our Azura TS Gum went up $100 per cube; that's almost 100% increase in price. No word from our rep to warn us, and now he's not returning calls. Nice.
"There's been a lot of research recently on how hard it is to dislodge an impression once it's been implanted in someone's mind. (This is why political attack ads don't have to be true to be effective. The other side can point out their inaccuracies, but the voter's mind privileges the memory of the original accusation, which was juicier than any counterargument ever could be.)"

It was a milestone day for me when I booted their asses out the door for good, many years ago.

That's a fine way to treat us after we just dropped over 20 large on a new Epson proofer.

Had an Agfa sales rep leave me a message to call him back at work a few days ago. Never bothered calling him back because we have already sold our souls to the big K. I might now just to mess with him

Fuji has never let me down once and many, many a time saved my ass.

Agfa has saved my ass before but supply was a constant issue.
