I make templates with the data I need and then simply copy and paste in the document I am working on...
you can put as many instances of the tags as you want and they  all are updated every time you save the document.

I use here in my workflow the Tag72a plugin http://www.worker72a.com/pages/T72A.html
Since illustrator CS3, I am now in CC2014 and continue using it, works simply great and I cant live without it..

New in this useful forum, Looking for some advices about the Screen PlateRite FX870 Machine, our company  is now thinking on buying one of this, and want to know if any body have experience with it, performance, etc,  especially in Dry offset workflow, back methal and polyester plates...
