Title: E0133: Time-out error has occured when punch 3 is activated

Plate jammed when I was loading it and now I am getting this error. Accento S is the model. Has anyone experience this before and how did you get it fixed?

If I recall correctly, we had that issue on our Screen once and it was because the solenoid froze up mid-punch. I don't remember if the guy replaced the solenoid, or just released it from the locked-up position and then a little WD-40 on the punch itself to keep it from sticking again.

Took punch out and it was broke. Installed a new punch and all is good now!
