Preps Crash

Ever since my MAC crashed, my preps has been crashing I can print a job but when I go to print a second job, it crashes and I have to relaunch. Im attaching an error message I get.

That's too small for my tired old eyes to read! :laugh: Can you post a bigger version or type out the text? First thing though I would try repairing permissions on the Mac.

Nevermind, I downloaded that graphic and I can read it now.

Try moving that ImpoTransWide:log.txt to the desktop and then re-launching Preps. If everything is okay you can delete the file from your desktop. If that doesn't solve it move it back.

What Joe said plus I would do a search for that temp file "10494100prp" and trash it, relaunch Preps.

yep, and I just saw the Tiger wink, and the smile widened almost imperceptibly.  No, really...  :shocked:

today when I go to print I get an error message, preps cannot locate impo trans wide. Help
how do i help it locate it

Yeah its the device, I restarted the brisque and it fixed itself.
I thought it was looking for the printer on the computer not the device.
so I freaked out before trying enough things. thanks Joe
