I can't bring PDF's made in Quark 8.5 into InDesign CS6 and export another PDF. What Am I missing? I can bring them into InDesign CS 5.5 and export fine? Please help me out!

Looking for prepress person with good typesetting skills. Looking for a person capable of multitasking between prepress , typesetting and running digital press. I'm working on v 6.5 of Quark and I used to be ablr to preview in hi res now when I try to do this I get a pop up message "Unable to create the preview cache file because you do not have the privilege to make changes to the specified directory. Contact your system administrator" WTF how do I get this to work again!!! piece of shit program!!!!!
