PDF from multi files numbering snafu

10.5.4 won't launch it either. It's definitely a "classic".

Hummm...think it's something to do with the attached version. I can open and run the original in both 10.4 G5 and 10.5.4 Intel.
If you are that interested I will email it, just let me know.

Then no way to loose the resource fork.
