Hi community I don't know if this problem has a solution ......

I am currently using XMF and Navigator and I have a problem with XMF
when tiff files are in Server, doesn't show colors, but using Navigator I don't have this problem.

I don't know the definite answer as I am unfamiliar with how your workflow is set up.
But could It be the files in the top picture are "Held and not output yet". As it has the plate colour in the job name/description on the left.

Also could it be something to do with the Hotfolder? I notice that one is displaying "E" and the other "F".

I do know that when using .tif files in a gateway setup they only display the separation name in the file name like you first picture.
