Joe -  no kidding, the thrill is gone, eh?

edit: I did some stuff with Raydream though... but again, it was set it up, go home and sleep all night, then see the results in the morn.

:embarrassed: Thanks, Skryber! The name of the file is "Houston's Monstrosity.psd." It *is* kinda chaotic. For the first few months after I moved to Virginia (from Dallas to Copper Hill (4 miles off the paved road)), all I had to do at night was sit in my little house and make all of these random things. About 30 seconds of painting blobs of color, and then a bazillion filters until my, um, head was pleased.  :afro:

When I 1st used Photoshop, I was filter happy. I liked to finalize all my work with a subtle plastic wrap and some lighting effects. I would do it for hours.

Well done!
I miss that program. I couldn't afford to upgrade to the latest versions toward the end. A couple years ago I downloaded version 5 from Limewire, and patched it to work with OSX. It put the renderinf window into a small box on the screen, the resolution of display when it was created must of been limited to that size.
It didn't seem to render any faster either, big disapointment. Bryce also got kinda feature heavy, and became less fun because of it- in my opinion.

I think you can download 5.5 for free. I don't think it works on Intel Macs though.

Looks like the cover of the Phish 25th Anniversary compilation (Disk 1 of 8, only three songs actually spread across all 8 CDs)

Nonsense! Why would I want the *short* versions of the songs?!?

It might, I was using my intel iMac with 5.

I'll look for the 5.5 download.

Okay, check that. I just searched and 6.3 is Intel compatible and only $99! I'm gonna get it tonight after work.
I'm such a nerd.

Here's Youston with his 2 current iPods. He had to get them custom made in Cupertino by Apple's Phish Head Department with enough space and capability of storing Phish's entire catalog. It just barely fits...just barely. Until the next jam session.

Again, nonsense! The entirety of Phish's live career, compressed into .flac files, fits comfortably on a 1 TB external hard drive.

There's no need to be embarrassed, Youston. Trying to look a little wild & crazy there with the faux tie dye, eh? I just wish you'd come out of your shell and just be yourself. I mean, not too long ago I owned 3 Phish CDs and had dreadlocks to match, and still found work in prepress! You'll be OK.

Is that why you attend each and every show Youston? Each concert showcases one song? Seriously, I have never heard a Phish song that I know of in my life. A typical song is what? 10, 15 minutes?

not a phish head myself, they remind me too much of grateful dead, songs go on and on and on and on, I'm easily bored
