Anyone have any contacts of someone who specializes in selling used presses? We are looking to purchase a used 5 or six color 29" press ASAP. A Miller would be preferable but not a must. Thanks!

I have to ask - why not ask Heidi as they must be swimming in iron about now. Up here some places are getting the used machines with 6 months to a year free. FYI Heidi's year end is a very good time to pinch them. Up here in Canada it is February if i remember.

My feeling is Heidi's a very good press, however, I'd rather talk to a broker instead of Heidelberg because they will most likely want an arm and a leg even with the economy the way it is. A broker on the other hand should have more flexibility in pricing and also a broker will deal in different brands of presses. But it is a thought and may give'em a call. Got nothing to lose.

You choice is correct. the advantage of an equipment specialist is that we can pre-screen the less qualified machines and save you time and money for your search.

With over 100 years combined experience in sheetfed and web presses {and now digital] and bindery, we can offer you 5 or 6 color presses. Miller, Heidelberg, Roland. Your choice.
