Just upgraded to Intel Mac and have vers. 6 Apogee. Get this error message when trying to preview flats, pages or anything that isn't ripped. The volumes are mounted on the Mac. I'm thinking it is something with the client but can't figure what. Does anybody have any ideas or experience with this problem? Thank you
Are you trying to view the previews in Acrobat? Do you have the external viewer set? Check your preferences.
What specific error are you getting?
