Title: New InDesign feature
Post by: Joe on October 27, 2021, 07:52:15 PM
This is no joke. Adobe lists this as a new feature in the latest release of InDesign (which btw requires Mac OS Catalina or newer)...

My wife works in real estate and they no longer call it a Master Bedroom or Master Bath. Now it's Owner (isn't that problematic, too? It is according to the NBA) or Primary.

I find it hard to believe Adobe has values.

This epidemic of hypersensitivity is really bugging.
Some of these words aren't bad in-and-of themselves and/or have more than one meaning.
It's the pussification of America that George Carlin tried so hard to warn us about.

I have the new version installed. It really does show them as Parent pages.

This made me crazy all day. If you work in one of the dark mode settings, they swapped the colors of the selection arrows. Not the positions, just the colors. I was in the middle of trying to switch them thinking they got moved and I hear my coworker say, "WHAT THE F#$K IS HAPPENING WITH MY ARROWS?" :rotf:
