That's what I would do.
Quote from: swampymarsh on December 15, 2014, 12:21:14 AMwhamboozeled, try this Acrobat Pro preflight, it should convert all text/strokes/fills to solid black (except for white/black, gradients and images).
Better could be done with a PitStop Pro action list.

Quote from: swampymarsh on December 09, 2014, 07:01:51 PMJoe, I believe that those are all *grayscale* profiles, not *black and white* profiles (yes, there is a difference)!
P.S. I believe that this is a Mac OS thing, unless using an older OS or a Windows OS you are probably shit out of luck in returning to your previous workflow (unless somebody has an ICC profile that can make gray tones black only).

Quote from: DigitalCrapShoveler on October 30, 2014, 06:25:26 PMThis model seems to not like Mac's firewall. Do you have it turned off or on?
Quote from: Joe on October 30, 2014, 06:24:15 PMMy guess is that your G5 is not on the same network address. On the older Mac or PC that does see the new modem what is the IP address of those? What is the IP address of the G5 running 10.4.11? What IP address do you use to access the modem on the Mac that is working? What is the subnet address of all of those devices too? Are some using DHCP while others are connectiong via manual settings?
