I can't upgrade to the DC until Fuji fixes a problem

Actually DC is just the latest version of Acrobat. (and it sucks)

Creative Cloud is now at CC 2015.

Thanks man.

This file came in first thing yesterday. Didn't get the correct login info rom them until after noon. The .zip took 6 hours to download. They were told to send a PDF.

Seems this happens all the time says the salesman. How do these people still have jobs?

I asked myself this question everyday. Not only about customers but several people I work with. How in the hell in this day and age do people have jobs that require using a computer and not having a clue in hell how to do it?

What I find amusing is they know how to do EVERYTHING on facebook, instagram, etc but don't know what copy and paste are. Cut and paste is just voodoo.

It's just a good thing I don't own a business because I would have no customers or employees!

I have another one if anyone is around. It was built as reader spreads. I asked for a PDF single page in reader order. They moved the back cover and that screwed up the front cover because of some master page elements.

Instead of using the page range box to get a correct PDF...

I even sent them a screenshot of how to do it from their original file. They deleted all the pages and sent me just the cover. All this after I've already fixed the issue. How the fuck do people like this keep their jobs?
