8 bit tiff out from Rampage

Hi everyone,

Is it possible for Rampage to export an 8 bit tiff? This would be used for an external proofing system. If it can export an 8 bit tiff, is it standard or optional to be able to do so?

You can output a PDF which is would be a TIF with the PDF wrapper. You could adjust the settings to get a high enough resolution that you would require. Check the PDF Proof settings in the Proofing options.

Not sure if it is 8 bit or not (we are no longer running Rampage) but under Ramproof Contone there is a tiff option.

Yes it can but its a option that is licensed. I think it a $2500 option.
