Variable data with Printshop Mail

Just wondering if anyone knows of any resources for sample printshop mail expressions.

We're supposed to get training on it soon but we're really anxious to learn a few basic concepts.

There doesn't seem to be a lot out there (googly wise) which is strange I find. Sort of like a secret society. Anyway thought I'd check on here cause you never know.
