I actually said we should do it in foil but I was told the quantity was too low for that to be viable. I think that's BS as we just make a bunch of masters offset, foil them then do the variable digitally but It's rare someone here actually listens to me. That's the reason I'm filling my second waste paper bin with shit we printed "just in case they reorder" but they ignored my point that it was dated material...

yeap thats exactly what we do for a few jobs... I would have thought a couple of hours labour (let alone days) filling in the dots would be worth a foil block.
