Lotem 800 issue

Same here, except that our files come out of Esko to the Brisque (we call it a "pass through"). The Brisque doesn't really do anything but send (or pass) the file to the Lotem.
We have ours set up so that it (a 1-bit tiff) hits a folder and then we manually drag and drop onto a ticket, that way we can rearrange files if a remake comes in and we have to interrupt a plate file.

 sounds like they need the Credak guys to come pay a visit.

Maybe the brisque has a bad hard disk that is communication also check that the rip is grounded is the connection scsi or tsp maybe the cable is being stepped on als check that the brisque is not adding some data like registers or crop mark

Bad hard disk, they took it to a reseller had them replace the drives and reinstall the SW everything is fine now.
