teal character formatting text

does anyone know how to turn this off?
seems the computer that I have has this turned on
It's not the blue text highlight
its some kind of formatting highlight so when you make an adjustment
it lets you know you changed something

Paragraph Styles. Turn off Style Override Highlighter. I use that sucker everyday.
