For anyone on Fujifilm chemistry, (violet machine), and running online processor, be aware of a maintenance issue if you are on a wash recirculation system. We went for recirculation because water usage is more and more an issue these days. I don't regret it for a moment.

However, even with good maintenance, filter changes, weekly wash tank drops/tops...sludge does build up in the connecting hoses both to and from the filter, (to pump). Mine was almost completely blocked, albeit after 2 years. Am now going to remove both hoses every 6 months and blast 'em out with (garden) hose...nozzle stuck tight one end. If your wash spray bars are starting to trickle, look there.
