We have an issue that has cropped up in the past week or so with the high humidity we have been experiencing. There are 8 DP ("dew") sensors that measure relative humidity at the laser head, and if they read too high, prevent the platesetter from recording. It appears that one of the sensors (DP1) has gone haywire as it is reading "22", whereas the other 7 sensors are reading single digits (2 - 9) - any reading above 20 causes a failure. This is preventing us from imaging any plates and probably today will start affecting production at press. Does anyone know of a way to bypass these sensors? Fuji has ordered a new sensor but it is coming from Japan. Any help is much appreciated.
