Don't get it wet

Don't expose it to bright lights; sunlight will kill them

Never, ever feed them after midnight

Also, unless you're trying to sell your house, take house pix on an angle or don't include the whole house if you're going to post them. Makes your house less identifiable. I've seen real estate listings that don't even have a full-on front view. Can't be too careful these days.
