Anyone know what this means> I'm getting it in Illy CS2, it's a logo that I've copied and pasted into a new document, I can't save as a copy, I have 56GB open on my hardrive. I don't know why it won't let me save.

Copy and paste may not be the way to do it. Place the art instead. Take a look at your links pallet, the object may not be linked or really there.

Save it to the desktop under a new name.

possibly not related but check the permisiions of the original file

i'm twitchy on that since we just got a huge job in and all the permissions are set to read only - and my colleague  couldnt figure why it wouldnt let him resave files

so its just a thought - permissions.
