You could use the keyboard shortcut menu in Illy to create a new shortcut that would bring up the keyboard shortcut menu. Freaky!

From where I sit, the one good thing is that you don't need a Quark License server for 10...
but the fact that it ruins v8 files is ridiculous so I declare it a P.O.S.  :pileofpoo

We had the same issue, wacks the scaling of images, almost got burned bad because of it.
