I have created color settings (CSF) file for each project and i have them on shared folder in my network. So i can access them from every computer.
This worked good with CS3, but now I upgraded to CS5 and when i load the color settings, there semns to be no problem but next time i open a document and go to color settings i get this message
"Some parameters in the color setting file could not be used. Default values will be used instead"

And indesign set color mangemnt policies to off in both RGB and CMYK.

This mean that the CMYK and then RGB are lost next time i open a document and resave it.

Anyone hade similar problem, and how do i avoid it?

I set up all my Creative Suite color settings through Bridge. That way everything is on the level. I don't know why your settings keep getting blown away in InDesign, but settings disappearing is not uncommon.
