Convert Tiling Pattern?

Been using the new "Looks Black, Make Black" Action like a maniac and hit a few crappy Excel PDFs today it won't change completely. They al have this "Tiling Pattern" thing as shown. I can use  Acrobat's built-in Preflight "Convert Color to BW" and it seems to work, just wondering if the Pitstop Action can be modified or if there's another way?

Thanks Rob, try the 'Clean up Black' Global Change.
That did the trick. Most of the file is Gray to start so the color conversion is just a standard one.
You can also save that as an Action List if you wish.
