Clipping Textlines and PSP

Compadra got a PhSh PDF, with text as 'Clipping textlines'. PSP not keen on being able to select a character, > Copy>Paste. Have suggested she Place in Indy and refry; to no avail.
Any other tricks? She needs another 'H' due to supplier's illiteracy.

Is it in a white background where she could cover it up in Indy or in Pitstop with a white box and set new type over the top of it?

Thanks Joe. It's a rabbit for mgr.'s wife, so she's gone around it and set similar type instead.  :azn:  But I'd have thought it would show up as a Pasted item in Wireframe, regardless, which it didn't.
